Whole clusters pressed, rested on the skins for some days then pressed into Acacia barrel for a brief elevage. Solar Red represents the very lightest of Petr's wines, red or white. Something to sip chilled when the sun is blazing of course, but sometimes in the winter we light to start with this instead of a white. Especially with charcuterie. It is a super fresh, animated, low structure quaff that like so many of Petr's wines posses an oft overlooked nuanced depth uncommon of such slight wines. It is what we love most about his taste. Sensitivity and nuance.
