RUSTICAL is made from the oldest plots and clones of PESECKÁ LEÁNKA, gently fermented with the skins before being pressed into barrel to finish. Being that the variety has very thin skins it remains rather low extract event with the maceration. This adds a spiciness to the floral fruity quality of the variety. A supreme desert island wine.
