Saperavi (semi dry) 2019 3 Terraces
This wine was made from the ancient indigenous red grape variety Saperavi. It was naturally fermented in qvevri with the skins and stems for 6 weeks, pressed into clean qvevri, and aged an additional 9 months before bottling the residual sugar is natural and due to the wine's high alcohol content it did not require further stabilization. Unfiltered, sediment is probable. Decant and serve at cellar temperature. Cellarable for 10 or more years. alc/vol 17.5%
